I happen to be a strange person.  I love books and so does my husband (and now our kids do too) so we have lots of books in our house.  But, I realize that a lot of people love to only have a few books in their homes that they really will use.  So, I thought I'd start a list of the cookbooks and financial books that I have most enjoyed!

The King Arthur Baking Cookie Companion
Cookies by the Dozen (if you are only baking for 1 or 2, these recipes are perfect) 

Seafood:  A Collection of Heart Healthy Recipes (an out of print black and white cookbook with super quick recipes for fixing fish)
