I am a stay at home mom and have stayed at home FT or PT for the past 10 years. It was an adjustment, but I'm glad we did it before we had kids and now I enjoy making things stretch.
This recipe was on my menu for this week. We tried it tonight. Sami gave it 2 thumbs down (raise your hand if you are shocked!) but everyone else really liked it. I used butternut squash instead of pumpkin. Very good!
